Hi, I have Famous Resorts but there was an annoying public service interruption during the broadcast. I am in dire need of DVDR episodes. Something terrible has happened in New England. Massachusetts has never had Welk and we've been members of New Hampshire PTV to get episodes. NHPT has signed a deal with Boston WGBH so MA no longer gets NHPTV. GBH had to agree to air Welk which they have done reluctantly and have preempted for 6 weeks at a time. I would LOVE to buy copies of probably all of your Welk shows. I suspect that GBH will not renew and my heart is broken. Can you help? Can anyone help???

Hi, I have several shows on DVD, all of which I personally recorded. I do have a couple of "famous resort" episodes. Now, without going through them, I'm not sure if what I have, is what you're looking for. Since this post was about two years ago, not sure if you're still interested, or have found what you're looking for.
I also hope that your cable, satellite company got their act together. I watched Lawrence Welk with my parents, from the 60s on. Now love watching the show on PBS. Such talent preserved, and to be enjoyed in the future.
